Jodi Anderson Jr.

Jodi began his academic studies through the Cornell Prison Education Program at Auburn Correctional Facility where he earned his associate’s degree.  Upon release, transferred to Stanford University, where he completed a BA in Political Economy and Development and an MA in Education focused on Policy and Technology. His career has focused on venture-backed startups including MOJO Sports (Acquired 2023), CreateSafe, and Reddit (IPO 2024), alongside research positions at Stanford’s Accelerator for Learning and an appointment as Deputy Director of Technological Innovation at Cornell ILR’s Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative.

Jodi is the co-founder of Rézme, a technology platform that helps employers hire overlooked talent, including veterans, opportunity youth, justice-impacted individuals, and residents of economic empowerment zones. His commitment to systemic change through technology is reflected in his board service with Jobs for the Future’s Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work, the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice, and the Howard University Law AI Initiative.
