We are proud to announce that this October, we will join our partner, Cayuga Community College, to hold a graduation ceremony at Auburn Correctional Facility. At the ceremony, six CPEP students will receive their Associate of Arts degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a concentration in Humanities and Social Sciences.
This is an incredible achievement for these students, who have spent years working toward their degrees while navigating the unique challenges of pursuing a college education in prison. For many, this milestone is also the next step in their educational journey, with plans to continue their studies and pursue bachelor’s degrees.
We look forward to celebrating their hard work, perseverance, and accomplishments in October!
