Maddie Reynolds is the Outreach and Information Services Librarian at Olin and Uris Libraries and serves the Cornell Prison Education Program (CPEP). She creates library services for incarcerated students through access and delivery and library instruction. Maddie also facilitates the CPEP creative writing workshop program, trains instructors to teach in the prison classroom, and directs CPEP’s undergraduate tutoring program. They began teaching English courses for CPEP as a graduate student in 2020 and have served on the CPEP Advisory Board as the graduate student/postdoc representative. Before being appointed as librarian in 2022, Maddie was a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell’s Society for the Humanities. They hold a PhD in English Literature from Cornell’s Department of Literatures in English.
